 Frequently Asked Questions Meeting Location Mr. Toad's Tours meeting location is at the Corner of Mason Street and Jefferson Street at Fisherman's Wharf. Look for the large Yellow Kodak Camera Shop and you'll see our mini-office on the corner. Check-In Time All tours require a check-in time of 20-minutes prior to the tour departure. If you do not call or check-in within 10 minutes of the tour, your seat may be re-sold. Alcatraz Tours Mr. Toad's Tours is an authorized vendor of Alcatraz Cruises. Tickets are for both the cruise to Alcatraz Island as well as the Award Winning Audio Tour. There are a limited amount of seats available, so tickets purchased within 72 hours must be confirmed by phone. All Alcatraz Cruises departures are from Pier 33. Check-In Time is 30 minutes prior to departure. All tickets are non-refundable. Vintage Car Seating Mr. Toad's Tours has four different 1920s touring cars. Each seats 9-11 passengers in rows of three. Seating is based on the drivers discretion. Couples and groups may be asked to split up. Authorized Resellers We authorize a limited amount of companies to package with Mr. Toad's Tours. Included are Expedia, LookTours, TourCorp, Viator, and Groupon. Any free-sale tickets that do not have a confirmed time must be confirmed within 72 hours of the date requested in order to be guaranteed a seat. Custom and Private Tours We are happy to offer Private and Private Tours. See Charters for more information. Strollers, Car Seats, and Wheelchairs Our vintage vehicles are not set up to handle wheel chairs or strollers. You can leave them at our mini-office at Fisherman's Wharf during the tour. Car seats are not required for our vehicles and children under the age of four may sit on a lap. |
