Check In Time
Check-In Time is 20 Minutes Prior to Departure. If there is no communication within 5 minutes of the tour (phone or in person) you will be considered a NO SHOW and your seats become available to the public.
Recommendation
Please wear comfortable shoes and an extra layer of warm clothing.
Weather
Tours may be cancelled due to severe weather. Any cancellations by Mr. Toad's Tours due to weather are fully refundable. Most vehicles are outfitted with roll-down side-curtains for wet weather. Most vehicles are outfitted with heaters for the cold. Route is subject to change at any time.
Languages
Tours are in English Only. French and Spanish guides are available for full car charters only.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included.
Free-Sale Tickets
Free-sale tickets (Expedia, Viator, etc.) must be confirmed by 72 hours prior to departure to guarantee seats. If no time is chosen within 72 hours, seats will not be reserved. Please call or email to confirm seats.
Limits of Liability
Mr. Toad's Tours assumes no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breadown, road conditions, and any other conditions beyond control, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers. Not responsible for loss or damage to property.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full and are non-transferable. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged in full. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to limited space available.
